Privacy Policy was created in 2008 and updated in November, 2010, 2012,
2015, 2019, and most recently in March, 2021. Company asserts that protecting
customer privacy is its greatest concern.
The Company captures customer data from sources including, but not limited to its own website and/or through other paid advertising sources. We use sources include Credit bureau reports, License Data, Social-sourced contacts, CDC data , DBA filings, industry directories. Our teams compile the data which is then converted to business data lists through proper email validation and compliance procedures.
Ematrix Solutions is permission-based marketing which collects the information provided by our subscribers at our, and affiliated, websites. Ematrix Solutions purchases and manages email lists generated by other organizations. The Company uses customer information captured only to offer for sale its products and services.
Except as required by law,
the Company does not share customer information.
Exceptions may occur in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets of
the Company or any of its divisions as a going-concern, or change of control,
in which case such customer data would be considered a business asset and would be transferred subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Customers may
opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving further solicitations from the Company.
Please note that email advertisements may be prepared days in advance,
so users may continue to receive email from the Company for up to 7-days
after unsubscribing or opting-out.
The Company typically collects customer data including, but not limited to name,
address, city, state, zip, email, phone, web browsing activity, and model inference. Users may delete their record,
opt-out or unsubscribe from having their data rented or sold, or at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every newsletter or emailing.
The Company maintains security guidelines to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of customer information in its database. Access to personally identifiable information is only provided to authorized employees of the Company. Employees at the Company are made aware of our security guidelines during our employee orientation process. Our security guidelines are reviewed at least quarterly based on our fiscal calendar.
